Note: All weights are approximate because tension fluctuates depending on one’s height, the exercise, and how far a cord is stretched. All approximate weights are based on the level of tension that the Leg Cord is positioned shoulder width apart. Approximate weights refer to the resistance between each leg when in a standing position with the Leg Cord evenly shoulder width apart.
